Maria Regina College, the College encompassing twelve state schools based in the Northern part of the island, held its first Training and Career Convention for all its Year 11 students on the 17th of January, 2017.
The innovative aspect of the event was due to the fact that employers and further education providers were brought together under one roof to offer information and answer questions students would have related to employment and further education.
Students attending the Mosta Secondary School Zokrija and the Mosta Secondary School were grouped in small numbers to facilitate comfortable and casual conversations.
Through this event, students appreciated that the College is there to support them in their transition from Secondary to Post-Secondary Education and/or successful employment.
