Intergenerational Activity for Christmas

On Friday the 21st December 2018, Maria Regina College Administration staff organised an intergenerational activity together with the elderly people residing at the Madonna tal-Mellieha Home.
The activity began with carol singing with the help of all Year 6 pupils of MRC Mellieha Primary and mass.
Maria Regina College forwarded a set of 62 books to the Mellieha Home for their library. The books were donated by the National Literacy Agency captained by Mr David Muscat. The Hon. Minister Evarist Bartolo visited the Home during the activity. After spending some special time with the elderly, discussing the good old days, all staff at the Administration Centre had their team building event. Finally the MRC staff donated boxes full of food to the National Food Bank as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
